Chetan Pahwa, Managing Director of Avon Steel Industries, is the third generation to lead this legacy enterprise—carrying it forward with a modern vision while staying deeply rooted in its core values. After completing his schooling and college in Ludhiana, he spent several years working under his grandfather, gaining hands-on experience in the family business. He later pursued an MBA in London, specialising in Finance and International Business.
In 1995, he formally joined Avon Steel Industries and was entrusted with leading the Hot Rolled Coils Project—an ambitious initiative that involved importing an entire plant from Luxembourg. With a bold vision for expansion and forward integration, he spearheaded the company’s diversification into black and galvanised ERW pipes and sections.
Known for his unwavering belief in integrity, ethics, discipline, and environmental responsibility, Chetan Pahwa continues to lead with principle and purpose.
